  • 4 tablespoon Shea butter

3. Orange Kiss Lip Balm

    • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
    • 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons beeswax pastilles

4. Peppermint Cocoa Lip Balm

Yes, I am addicted to lip balms and especially to peppermint cocoa lip balms. Well, I’ve spent a lot on this flavor, but then I thought of making it at home. So why can’t you? The cocoa powder doesn’t give, but the soothing fragrance of cocoa and peppermint will blow your mind.

    • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
    • 1 Tbsp (0.5 oz if you have a kitchen scale) cocoa butter
    • 1 Tbsp sweet almond oil
    • 2 Tbsp beeswax
    • 1/4 tsp peppermint essential oil

5. Honey Lip Balm

Keep this balm reserved for harsh winter. The ingredients that you would need to make your honey lip balm are shea butter, honey, olive oils, almond and some sweet white chocolate. It can’t get sweeter than this! Do add beeswax to keep the moisture alive on your lips.

Quick recipe:

    • 1 tablespoon shea butter
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 tablespoon almond oil
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon grated beeswax
    • 5 white chocolate chips
    • 3-4 drops vanilla extract
