With enough confidence, you can land your dream job or find the love of your life (which is often presumed a challenge in vitiligo). The entire world will be your playground, and nothing will be out of reach.

Many of the greatest athletes use this trick to build confidence in their chosen sport. It is so important to have big goals, but they aren’t useful in the short term. So, go for small wins or in other words, place small goals on your way to the ultimate life goal.
With each small win, you will gain a little bit of confidence. From one victory to the next, you won’t notice much of a difference, but over time (as you gain more and more win), you’ll say to yourself – “Wow I’m really getting good at this.
As all small wins start to add up, eventually you’ll accomplish your big, long-term goals and at a point in your journey, you will begin feeling unstoppable.
Trick 3 | Fake it until you make it
Science tells us that there is no limit or cut-off age for rewiring our brain. Thanks to Neuroplasticity, you can rewire your brain and build confidence in any activity, at any age. Every time you fake confidence, you gain a small win which eventually adds to your confidence building exercise (read tick two again).
Trick 4 | Speak your mind
Think about that guy in the crowd who isn’t afraid to speak his mind. Sure, he might offend some people, but people do feel his presence around them.
Speaking your truth is a core psychological trick to gaining confidence in anything on your journey. Of course, along the way, you will be disliked and shunned by many. But at the end of the day, even those who have rejected you will respect the fact that you had the guts to speak your mind and take conflict head-on.
