Diamonds are a girl’s best friend and this Holloween, Winnie Harlow seemed to make all efforts to live up the saying. The supermodel recreated Marilyn’s most iconic looks and posted them on her social media. Winnie shared her look and then her reference shot of Monroe for proof.
Winnie, 25, outdid herself with her Halloween costume of the year. The diva looked positively flawless as Marilyn, donning the Hollywood’s evergreen diva’s iconic pink, satin gown with matching gloves. Winnie nailed the look down to the jewelry, sporting bold statement necklace totally encrusted in diamonds, which you can see and compare to Marilyn’s original look. A blonde bob-length wig, glossy red pout, and faux mole made Winnie’s resemblance to Marilyn Monroe absolutely uncanny.

Winnie didn’t give her fans any clue that she would be blowing up their social media feeds in the next few days with a slew of costume photos. “Recreating an iconic Marilyn Monroe look has always been a dream of mine. My obsession runs deep. So being able to have such an amazing team help make this dream a reality blows my mind,” the model with vitiligo wrote in a caption. She also thanked the stylist and designer, Jamie Mcfarland, for helping her replicate Marilyn’s icon looks from 1953 movie Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.
Well, we think Winnie Harlow has gone all-out this Halloween season. And, her Marilyn Monroe costume might just be her best one yet (at least in our opinion).
While Halloween is officially gone, we can’t help but bet that the model still has a few more costumes up her sleeve for Christmas and New Year. We cannot wait to see what the supermodel pulls off next.
